Lisa has booked two of our trips, first to Thailand and recently to Japan, and now I can't imagine booking a trip without her! Not only is she a pleasure to work with, but I just tell her what my husband and I are looking for from wherever we are going and we get back a list of fantastic ideas and adventures. For example, this last trip to Japan we ended up doing a private Ninja/Samurai experience with a generations old Ninja/Samurai family that we NEVER would have done without her suggestion! I can't speak highly enough, if you have a trip coming up you want Lisa and Silvestri travel to book it!

Lisa planned our travels in Spain and Portugal. We gave her a general idea of where we wanted to visit and sites we wanted to see. She did an excellent job on accommodations and scheduling tours. We had no problems on this trip. We will definitely use Lisa again.

We had the pleasure of planning the perfect family trip to Italy with Lisa through Silvestri Travel. Not only did she listen to what we wanted, she made it happen seamlessly. Everything from finding the coolest hotels, to making transfers and tours AMAZING. So easy, I can’t wait to do it again. Travel is good for your soul if you can do so with help. Ciao!

OMG..Lisa is the best !! This was my very first solo travel experience in addition to leaving the country. Lisa took care of every single detail in addition to relieving any anxiety I may have had. Lisa put together a rather complicated trip to Iceland for my friend Carol and me. She was very skilled at "weaving together" the many diverse things to do and see, with the resulting trip working out to be an absolutely wonderful experience. The very few things that were not quite perfect were very easy to work out on the fly and she was again very involved in helping to take care of those issues. All in all, an absolutely wonderful experience with the help of an incredibly talented professional. Thanks, Lisa!

This is the 3rd time I have used Silvestri Travel. This latest time was a trip to Iceland in December 2025 / January 2026 with my kids and granddaughter. The trip was an absolute BLAST. I'd been to Iceland before (that trip arranged by Lisa) in September 2018, but the experience this time was SO different. We were very busy getting a very rich Iceland experience, similar to what I found in 2018, but this time it was with family and a very different time of the year. The Northern Lights were much better and many of the experiences were a bit different, but so very enjoyable. And Lisa made all of so very easy, much that same as each of the times I've used the service. I would HIGHLY recommend!

Lisa has arranged our travel for several years with brilliant success. Our most recent trip celebrated our 45th wedding anniversary at Beaches Negril Jamaica. She arranged the entire trip for our 14 family members, made efficient use of airline miles and companion tickets, expedited customs, ground transportation and more to make this a hassle free, relaxing and fun celebration.

Lisa planned our Honeymoon all over Europe. We had the best 3 weeks of our lives! Traveling through Italy, then to Greece, and ended our vacation in Paris! She listened to all our wants and needs & provided excellent customer service before during and after our time spent. This was our first experience traveling with no stress! We loved having our plan laid out for us and how smooth everything worked. The tours she set us up with were amazing & we saw so much. I Cannot recommend Lisa Silvestri enough! Will be booking another trip with her!

Lisa at Silvestri Travel was great! She helped a friend and I arrange a weekend getaway with private transfers, great hotel on the waterfront, tickets to museums and private guided tours. We would recommend her services for those that feel overwhelmed with all the choices out there on the internet. Without a doubt, 5 Stars for Silvestri Travel. With attention to detail and fantastic customer service, Lisa planned the perfect trip to Italy for our 25th wedding anniversary (our first trip to Italy which included Rome, Sorrento as base for day trips, and Florence). All accommodations, tours and scheduling were perfect. Prior to the trip, Lisa interviewed us to learn our goals, budget and timeline. No detail was left unturned. After the trip, Lisa interviewed us to learn about any suggestions, changes, and comments; a wonderful touch.
